One-of-a-kind One Bedroom at the pristine Art Deco Goodhue House

This bright, spacious one-bedroom home is a rare find in the heart of Murray Hill. The split layout brings in light from three exposures - north, east and west - and retains wonderful prewar character throughout, including original details such as high beamed ceilings and beautiful wood floors. The generously sized sunken living room offers real flexibility for various layouts, while the separate dining area creates convenience from the kitchen.

The king-sized bedroom's corner windows flood the room with light, and its generous proportions leave room for various configurations — a home office setup, reading corner, or extra storage.

The kitchen and bathroom are both original and well maintained with solid bones move in ready, or the ability to make it your own. Five closets provide excellent storage throughout.

The Goodhue's well-appointed Art Deco lobby and extra-wide, carpeted hallways will make you feel like you've truly stepped back in time. This full-service, doorman co-op sits equidistant from Grand Central and Penn Stations, and features a glorious furnished and landscaped roof garden with Empire State and Chrysler Building views, a fitness room, laundry, bike storage, and a live-in resident manager.

Enjoy easy access to multiple transportation options, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and the wonderful restaurants and shops throughout Murray Hill.
