520 Brickell Key Dr # A1015

The hallway is dated. Everything else in this Brickell Key corner unit is not. In 2023 the owners flew to Europe and handpicked every material: a full Snaidero kitchen from Italy with Italian quartz and premium appliances, imported Italian porcelain floors, Swedish white-oak floors in the bedrooms, Italian stone in every bath, Italian pocket doors each signed by their maker, and a hand-laid Majolica tile terrace. Impact windows keep the interiors remarkably quiet while water and skyline views open from multiple angles Mornings start with coffee on the terrace as the bay catches first light, then a walk on the island's 1-mile waterfront path. 2 beds, 2.5 baths, 1,377 sq ft of new-construction finishes. Secured fob-access elevator and 1 assigned parking space. Resort amenities: 24-hr security, valet, pool, jacuzzi, tennis, basketball, racquetball, gym, sauna and steam rooms, BBQ area, pet area, billiard room and children's play area. Italian craftsmanship with island living, minutes from Brickell and Downtown Miami. Book your private showing today.
