About this home

A rare piece of South Florida history. Villa Veintiséis is a Miami-Dade designated historic estate hidden beneath a remarkable tropical canopy on approx. 2.14 acres. Built in 1937, the property features a character-rich 3BR/3BA residence surrounded by mature botanical gardens, winding paths and water features, plus a detached cottage, expansive covered pavilion, outdoor bar, gazebo and enchanting gathering spaces. Once associated with legendary Mexican singer-songwriter Juan Gabriel, the estate later became an intimate setting for weddings, productions and private events. Whether envisioned as a private estate, family compound, creative retreat or agricultural escape, Villa Veintiséis gives you something increasingly rare: land, history, privacy, character and possibility-all near Miami.
