Enjoy a level of unrivaled Service and Attention at the luxurious Ritz Tower located in the heart of Manhattan. A large staff is at the ready to ensure an effortless residential experience. The Ritz Tower was built by Emory Roth in 1925 as a hotel and subsequently became a highly serviced, white-glove, cooperative building. Come home to a lovely, four room, apartment designed in the traditional taste and style. A gracious foyer leads into an over-scaled living room and adjacent dining room with handsome, hardwood floors, large windows, elegant moldings and high ceilings. The spacious bedroom provides abundant storage and a refined, en-suite bath with beautiful stonework and custom cabinetry. There is a fully fitted kitchen which includes a washer and dryer. Finally, tucked into the foyer is a charming guest powder room. While the list of services is too numerous to mention, here is a sampling of what you can expect as a resident: a fully attended lobby, concierge services, a professional chef on premises, a private event room, a new fitness center, housekeeping services, a laundry room and a managing director who ensures a flawless operation. The building permits 50% financing. There is a buyer flip tax of 3% and showings are allowed Tuesday through Thursday - 12pm until 4pm.
