Homes for sale in Miami
Miami is the seat of Miami-Dade County, set between Biscayne Bay and the Everglades, with about 442,000 residents in the 2020 Census and a metropolitan area of more than six million. It is a patchwork of distinct districts: Brickell and Downtown for high-rise living and finance, Wynwood and the Design District for art and design, Coconut Grove for its waterfront and historic parks, and Little Havana and the Upper East Side for older, lower-rise streets.
More than 300 residential and commercial towers are concentrated in Downtown, Brickell and Edgewater, while the 1920s houses of the Upper East Side and Coral Way give the older neighborhoods a different feel. Metrorail, the free Metromover downtown and Miami International Airport make getting around practical in the core.
